"The Nutty Professor" and the liberal race card

The arrest of the nutty professor and 'friend' of hussein obama that said the police officer "acted stupidly" is just another opportunity to shove the 'race card' down our throats. This arrest was not a racial profiling arrest like the loony left want to think, the officer was doing his job.

The liberals loons can't see past the fact that this was a white cop and a black professor and friend of their 'messiah' that would not cooperate with the officer. The nutty professor did not get arrested for a B&E, he was arrested for disorderly conduct. He should have had obstruction and hindering added to that charge.

Had the scenario played out like this all would have been fine, but instead the nutty professor had the race card in his hand as soon as he saw a white cop.

This officer wrote a very detailed report. This professor should hang his head in shame for this behavior. This incident could have been completely avoided if the by the following dialog.

stupid professor: "hello officer how can I help your today?

Officer "Yes sir I got a call about someone breaking in to the residence"

stupid professor "oh no that was me, you see my door is broke and I had to pry it open"

Officer "oh ok well do you have your license so I can just determine who you are and your residence"

Stupid professor "oh sure, here you go."

Officer "Oh thank you Mr. Stupid professor sorry for the inconvenience and have a good day"

Officer keying up mike "I will be clear it was the homeowner entering his house......10-8"

Instead we get the self-righteous, radical, black extremist and racist response ....hereHenry Louis Gates, Jr. Police Report - July 23, 2009

Chris Matthews Wrong on Obama Birth Certificate

MSNBC's Chris Matthews got into a heated exchange with a congressman on his show Tuesday as he revisited the question of President Barack Obama's birth certificate — or lack of one.

Rep. John Campbell, R-Calif., is a co-sponsor of the so-called "birther bill," which would require future presidential candidates to provide a copy of their original birth certificates.

“Birthers” are those who believe Obama is not qualified to be president, based on a belief that he was not born in the United States.

Campbell is not a “birther” and never has claimed that Obama was born outside the United States or should be disqualified from being president.

On the show, Matthews seemingly undermined claims by some that Obama never has released his birth certificate, producing what Matthews said was a true copy of it.

But Matthews made a false claim. Obama never has released his actual birth certificate. He has released another document, which state authorities often provide in lieu of a birth certificate, called a certificate of live birth.

Matthews on Tuesday said Campbell was "playing to the crazies" by supporting the "crazy" bill, and the congressman shot back that it was all about "putting the matter to rest."

Matthews also accused Campbell of "feeding the wacko wing of your party," and held up what he called a copy of the supposed Obama birth certificate.

Case closed?

The indisputable fact is that Obama has not released his birth certificate, which the state of Hawaii issues for all citizens born there.

Instead, his campaign has released only his certificate of live birth from the state of Hawaii, which is a document that offers a summarized version of the birth certificate.

During the 2008 presidential campaign, GOP nominee Sen. John McCain quickly released his birth certificate when liberal bloggers raised questions about his eligibility to be president. McCain was born at a military hospital in Panama.

Obama could likewise put the matter to rest by releasing his actual birth certificate, which would show, among other things, the place of his birth and the doctor who performed the birth procedure. This information is not provided on the certificate of live birth.

As it stands, Obama is the only president in history whose birthplace is unknown to the public – a fact that would be stated on the actual birth certificate. Interestingly, his family has mentioned two different hospitals in Hawaii as the place of birth.

The fact that Obama has refused to release his actual birth certificate does not mean conspiracy theorists are right when they claim he was born in Kenya and therefore not eligible to be president. Investigators who have reviewed the claims have found no evidence Obama was born outside of Hawaii.

But Obama’s refusal to release his birth certificate does mean that Obama remains one of America’s most mysterious and opaque presidents ever.

Obama, for example, has not released many other documents regarding his public and private life.

Many of these documents were sought by reporters, who easily acquiesced when Obama said he would release them – though most presidential candidates release them as a perfunctory matter.

Among the key documents that Obama continues to shield from the public:

Obama released just one brief document detailing his personal health. McCain, on the other hand, released what he said was his complete medical file, totaling more than 1,500 pages.

Obama refused to offer his official papers as a state legislator in Illinois. Nor did he produce correspondence, such as his schedules of appointments or letters from lobbyists, from his days in the Illinois state Senate.

Obama did not release his client list as an attorney or his billing records. He maintained that he performed only a few hours of legal work for a nonprofit organization with ties to Tony Rezko, the Chicago businessman convicted of fraud in June 2008 but did not release billing records that would prove this assertion.

Obama ignored requests for his records from Occidental College, where he studied for two years before transferring to Columbia University.

Obama’s campaign refused to give Columbia, where he earned an undergraduate degree in political science, permission to release his transcripts. Former President George W. Bush and presidential contenders Al Gore and John Kerry all released their college transcripts.

Obama did not agree to the release of his application to the Illinois State Bar, which would have cleared up intermittent allegations that his application may have been inaccurate.

Obama did not release records from his time at Harvard Law School.

During the presidential campaign, McCain’s campaign released a full list of all online donors. Obama’s campaign still has not released the names of those who donated at least one-third of the $750 million he raised.

Ironically, Obama accused the Bush White House of being "one of the most secretive administrations in our history," and chided then-Sen. Hillary Clinton for not releasing her White House schedules.

Chris Matthews, get your facts straight and demand full disclosure — that’s the best way to keep an honest government.

Pot, Guns Found at Va. Day Care

Va.- Authorities say a drug task force turned up marijuana plants and 10 guns at an Eastern Shore of Virginia day care last week.

Virginia State Police say that on June 16, members of the Eastern Shore Drug Task Force were looking for a wanted person on the 7000 block of Reedtown Lane in Eastville when they noticed marijuana in the backyard of an adjacent house. Investigators with the task force seized a total of 74 marijuana plants and 10 guns- including a sawed-off shotgun- at the home, which police say is a licensed day care facility.

At the scene, members of the task force arrested 30-year-old Deandre L. Dunton of Eastville. He was charged with manufacturing marijuana, possession of a firearm while possessing five or more pounds of marijuana and possession of a sawed-off shotgun.

City to have its own game 'Pocomokeopoly

I think the name is stupid, How about a game with a name like Pocomonopoly?
And furthermore I thought we already had that here with the town officials holding all the good properties, if a player lands on an open property and buys it, the town players condemn it and/or demolish it so they can own that too?

There is a certain ring to the word "Pocomokeopoly."

"The city's name just works really well," said Pocomoke Mayor Michael McDermott. "I mean, Berlinopoly just doesn't sound the same -- but Pocomokeopoly sounds great."

The Pocomoke City Chamber of Commerce is hoping local businesses agree. The town-themed board game is the latest fundraiser for the Chamber and advertisement for Pocomoke City, said Julie Holland, who is coordinating the project.

"I was looking for a fundraising idea and something that would help promote the town and the businesses," Holland said. "It's similar to your favorite board game -- we can't say the 'M' word -- but it's the same way you play."

The plan is for businesses to sponsor each square, which will then feature their logo and information. The squares cost $350 to $500, depending on the location, and the four corners of the board -- which in Pocomokeopoly are "Start," "In Court," "Loading Zone" and "Speeding, Go to Court" -- are also up for grabs.

When the game is released in the fall, players will race around the board, paying rent at such places as Nock's Tire Service and the Bay Country Radio Station instead of, say, The Boardwalk and the Pennsylvania Railroad.

Businesses have already started to snatch up the 36 board spaces -- four more have been reserved for town government, which contributed $1,500 for the box cover -- and sponsorships for the game's money, "fate" and "chamber" cards.

As one of the first to purchase a square, Shore Bank picked up some prime real estate.

"I couldn't afford Park Place, so I went for the one before Park Place," said Lynn Badger, bank marketing director. "So we are going to be on that home stretch right be before you get back to start."

Only 500 copies of Pocomokeopoly will be made, and they will be available in local shops for $25 in late fall.

"We are told to try and pull the kids away from the TV and the video games -- you are supposed to get back to family game night, and this is a good way to get back to that and the town," Holland said. "Hopefully with the smaller kids, they will become aware of the businesses in the community and as they grow, they will be able to patronize them."

With Pocomoke City's recent accomplishments, now seemed like a great time to find a new way to market the town, she added.

"Pocomoke City has done so much lately as far as growth, especially with the Discovery Center and being an All-America City finalist," Holland said. "There is so much life here and so much growth, and the town is doing so much to promote people living here."

Rep. Mike Castle gets booed

Rep. Mike Castle’s recent “listening session” in Georgetown is bringing him YouTube fame, but not because of the topic.

It’s because the Delaware Republican got booed after vouching for President Barack Obama’s citizenship.

The video of the June 30 town hall meeting on health care reform shows a woman toting an American flag and her own U.S. birth certificate asking why people are ignoring the president’s birth certificate. She said Obama is a citizen of Kenya, not the U.S.

The crowd applauded and cheered as she yelled, “I don’t want this flag to change! I want my country back!”

Castle, attempting to correct her, said, “If you’re referring to the president there, he is a citizen of the United States.”

The crowd then heckled him as he reiterated that Obama is indeed a U.S. citizen.

Chincoteague Pony Swim on July 29

The Coast Guard advises that tourists attending the Chincoteague Pony Swim on July 29 should avoid chartering boats without licensed captains inspected by the Coast Guard.

Sector Hampton Roads personnel will be aggressively enforcing federal regulations intended to ensure the safety of the public during this event. Boat crews will board boats and cite charters that do not have licensed captains or are carrying more than six passengers without the required Certificate of Inspection.

The Coast Guard advises tourists to ask the boat’s captain to show his or her original Coast Guard license. The boat is required to be inspected by the Coast Guard if it carries more than six passengers and the certificate should be displayed in an area accessible to passengers.

Charter boats are not required by federal law to carry insurance. Passengers should ask whether the boat is insured as a passenger vessel. If not, passengers may be unable to pursue a claim if they are injured while aboard.

The Coast Guard is reaching out to the owners of vessels that are advertising trips for the Pony Swim to ensure they operate legally. If an owner operates illegally, the Coast Guard will seek maximum penalties. Vessel owners and operators can receive civil penalties up to $1,100 for a first violation. The Coast Guard can initiate action seeking to suspend or revoke the license of a Coast Guard licensed captain who carries more than six passengers.

Petty Officer 1st Class Gregg Pescuma, operations officer for Station Chincoteague, also advises, "When leaving the Pony Swim area, be aware of kayaks, inflatable rafts, other boating traffic and people viewing from the water. The Coast Guard and Virginia Marine Police will be enforcing a slow speed zone."

Why Crime Is So High?

Here’s a little story to give everyone an example of why crime and drugs are rampant here and other places in Wor. County.

I was in court for the preliminary hearing for the person that broke into and burglarized my home. That was a wasted few hours because he didn’t have to show up and I was not notified.

While I was there I was surprised to see so many drug cases that were just dropped (noel prosque) by the DA, one in particular that really got under my skin was a young man that had been stopped for a DWI, he was driving drunk on a suspended license and found to have drugs and charged with several drug charges a few that I remember were,
1) Possession of CDS,
2) Possession with intent to distribute
3) Possession of a dangerous controlled substance
4) And possession of a HAND GUN!!

There were more but I can’t remember all of the drug charges, the DA dropped ALL charges (including the HAND GUN) BUT the DWI and driving while suspended.

He was also late for the hearing by about ½ hour.
WHT? If the legal system wont punish these dealers/users they have nothing to lose and they know it

The Ten Commandments According to Obama

I. Thou shalt have no God in America, except for me. For we are no longer a Christian nation and, after all, I am the chosen One. (And like God, I do not have a birth certificate.) SOURCE

II. Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, unless it is my face carved on Mt. Rushmore. SOURCE

III. Thou shalt not utter my middle name in vain (or in public). Only I can say Barack Hussein Obama. SOURCE

IV. Remember tax day, April 15th, to keep it holy. SOURCE

V. Honour thy father and thy mother until they are too old and sick to care for. They will cost our public-funded health-care system too much money. SOURCE

VI. Thou shalt not kill, unless you have an unwanted, unborn baby. For it would be an abomination to punish your daughter with a baby. SOURCE

VII. Thou shalt not commit adultery if you are conservative or a Republican. Liberals and Democrats are hereby forgiven for all of their infidelity and immorality, but the careers of conservatives will be forever destroyed. SOURCE

VIII. Thou shalt not steal, until you've been elected to public office. Only then is it acceptable to take money from hard-working, successful citizens and give it to those who do not work, illegal immigrants, or those who do not have the motivation to better their own lives. SOURCE

IX. Thou shalt not discriminate against thy neighbor unless they are conservative, Caucasian, or Christian. SOURCE

X. Thou shalt not covet because it is simply unnecessary. I will place such a heavy tax burden on those that have achieved the American Dream that, by the end of my term as President, nobody will have any wealth or material goods left for you to covet. SOURCE

Outburst results in White apology

Town Commissioner Dennis Williams on Tuesday accepted an apology from board President Frank White following a boisterous exchange between the two elected officials at the close of this week's town meeting.

White has been embroiled in controversy since he assumed the role as top town executive in February upon the sudden departure of former town manager Jay Parker. White's use of Parker's town-issued credit card -- charging above $8,500 that included spending at hotels and restaurants -- was documented in a recent Daily Times article, raising questions among townsfolk about possible abuse of power and misuse of town funds.

At Monday's meeting, Williams recommended that elected officials on town business spend their own money, then submit an invoice and documentation for purchases for which they want reimbursement.

"Expenses should be documented -- when, where business was discussed," he told the audience of about 25 residents crowded in the community room at the Princess Anne Townhouses. "Then, they can bring in (documentation) for reimbursement. I say this in a spirit of cooperation."

Williams also called it uncommon for a Town Commissioner to have a town-issued credit card and vehicle.

Shortly after, bystanders watched as White, in an outburst, shouted and made hand gestures at Williams, who hurriedly moved back toward a police officer who had attended the session. White stands about 6 feet 2 inches and weighs about 250 pounds. Williams is about 5 feet 10 inches and is much lighter in weight. Town Public Works Director Tracy Grangier had watched the feud and went to Williams.

Outside the meeting room where a crowd had gathered word circulated that Williams had contacted police. They wondered if he had filed a formal assault complaint against the Town Commissioners president.

"I went up to (Public Works Director Grangier), and she was in tears," said resident Scott Kerton. " 'Frank lunged at Dennis' is what people were saying; I don't know what's going on. I'd love to see (White) out of office."

Contacted Tuesday, Williams said the encounter was unnerving, and described what happened: Just after the meeting adjourned, Williams approached White to comment about the tone of the meeting. "(White) was very upset, and I felt the best thing to do was to go to a neutral corner," Williams said in a telephone interview. "I didn't want anything untoward to happen. But (White) called today and apologized.

"I told him, 'let's move forward,' " Williams continued.

White could not be reached Tuesday to comment and was not at Town Hall when a reporter attempted to contact him there.

Despite the apology, Williams said he wants fellow commissioners to evaluate the expense-reporting process, and intends to request that a discussion is on the July 27 town work session agenda.

Town Commissioners Vice President Garland Hayward told the audience that White has since returned the town vehicle he used after Parker's departure. He did not mention the credit card.

Hayward and Interim Town Manager Brenda Benton indicated Tuesday that they were unaware whether White still had the town credit card.

"You will have to ask him," Benton said while leaving Town Hall.

At Town Hall on Tuesday, Hayward said his concern was whether a town credit card was misused. He also said that he, too, had a town-issued credit card during a period when he was president of the Town Commissioners.

"The issue is anything was inappropriately done," Hayward said. "We have not seen any improprieties."

Constituents have been up in arms since Town Commissioners in June voted unanimously to raise the property tax rate by 11.7 percent, a hike that in view of the credit card spending, led a group of residents to circulate a petition drive for a budget referendum. On Monday, Benton told residents that the petition lacked at least 20 percent of the total voter signatures because 50 of them were invalid.

A group of residents led by John Nicholson on Friday formally requested a legal review of ethics violations. At Monday's town meeting, town attorney Mark Tilghman acknowledged that he had received the request and would review concerns and report findings.

Nicholson told commissioners on Monday that his group also intends to review the list of invalid names.

Controversy Over Street-Legal 'High' in Ocean City

Ocean City leaders are drafting a letter to state lawmakers supporting legislation to restrict salvia, which can be found in some boardwalk stores.

The letter will be sent this week, according to Ocean City Town Councilman Doug Cymek.

The federal Drug Enforcement Agency says salvia, which can be chewed or smoked, can cause hallucinations, slurred speech and dizziness.

A bill to ban the street-legal substance died in the Maryland General Assembly in this year's session.

Tal Hodara is a manager in one of the stores on the boardwalk that sells the dried green herb.

"When you smoke it, you're laughing, [and] you're tripping out a little bit," he said. "Sometimes you see a little bit of hallucinations, more or less."

Hodara sells small cap-fulls of the herb for about $200, depending on the potency. Hodara said it is safe, if used in a safe environment. Supporters also say the herb is not addictive.

The DEA considers the substance a "drug of concern."

"I'd be concerned too," said Ocean City visitor Julie Brincko. "If you lose control of anything for any length of time, I don't think it should be allowable. "

Either way, town leaders want the substance banned, as right now it is not regulated by the federal or state governments.

Jane Dickerson does not sell the herb at her boardwalk store, and is not sure if it actually does get users high.

"If you have the illusion that you are high, that's not a good thing," she said. "If you give a young person something, and they smoke it, and they think they got high off of it, they're going to do things not in a normal character."

State Del. Jim Mathias, D-38B, said he plans to resubmit legislation to restrict the substance.

Phillips sentenced in Pocomoke stabbing

Silence shrouded the courtroom as Judge Thomas C. Groton III read aloud the state medical examiner's report outlining the victim's fatal injuries, including a litany of cuts, bruises and shoe prints on his head and neck, and how the knife was thrust into the victim with enough force to bruise the skin.

"You stabbed, beat and stomped the life out of Mr. Nibblett," Groton told Charles Robert Phillips of Pittsville in Worcester County Circuit Court yesterday. "It was deliberate, it was depraved and it was unbelievable."

Groton sentenced Phil-lips, 29, to life in prison for the first-degree murder of William Nibblett in the victim's home.

Phillips was convicted in April. His sentence also includes a consecutive 20-year term for armed robbery.

Phillips assaulted and stabbed Nibblett on March 5, 2008 -- one day after being released from the Wicomico County jail. He was there for four months awaiting trial on assault charges. When Phillips's accuser didn't show for court, Phillips was released. He also has a history of arrests in Wicomico County.

A well-liked local plumber and handyman, Nibblett was found dead at his Pocomoke-area home -- lying on the floor with a knife sticking out of his chest -- by his two grown daughters. They had come to check on him after he uncharacteristically failed to show for an early-morning job.

Killed two weeks shy of his 78th birthday, the man known as "Nibs" was remembered in court Monday for his extraordinary generosity.

Melinda Bagwell, a friend for 25 years, said he helped hard-up clients by making free repairs and that he'd quit smoking and drinking "to be with his children and grandchildren."

Phillips also stole $400 from his victim. At trial, Deputy State's Attorney Mike Farlow said Phillips sought to rob Nibblett, for whom he'd made home repairs a few months earlier, because he was a feeble old man known to keep lots of cash handy. Phillips later confessed to spending the money on a lavish dinner, Farlow noted Monday, knowing that police would soon track him down.

"I wish I could go back and change the whole day," Phillips told the judge. "I have to live with my mistakes the rest of my life."

"You chose to do this," the judge replied. "Mr. Nibbett did not choose to have this done to him. You've wasted another life. It was a horrendous crime. You have stolen from the Nibblett family the last years of Mr. Nibblett's life."

Defense attorney Arch McFadden said in court that his client's actions were "out of character" and that his reputation was not one of a violent person. Family members spoke on Phillips's behalf, saying the father of eight would be missed by his family.

"Charlie's kids, they're living without a daddy, too," said his uncle, Mike Revel, as his family and friends quietly wept. "I don't think Charlie realizes just how much he's hurt both families. I hope he does."

Obama Won’t Admit the US Won the Cold War

Obama Won’t Admit the US Won the Cold War

The radical in the White House can’t say the US won the Cold War…
It might sound offensive.

Unreal.
Here’s Dear Leader in Russia with Major Garrett of FOX News!

Here’s the transcript:

Major Garrett: In your speech this morning you said the Cold War reached its conclusion because of the actions of many nations that were made by many nations over many years. Mr. President are the Russian sensitivities so fragile that you can’t say that the Cold War was won, the West won it and it was led by a combination of democratic and Republican presidents?

Barack Obama: There were a whole bunch of people around Eastern Europe who showed enormous courage (like the Iranians today?) and… uh, I think that it is very important in this part of the world to acknowledge the degree to which people struggled for their own freedom. We don’t have to diminish other people in order to recognize our role in that history.

So, we can’t even say we won? He’s nuts.

Obama Forgets Where He Met His Wife– It Was at Bernadine Dohrn’s Law Firm

Yesteray in Russia Barack Obama forgot where he met his wife Michelle. He said he met her in class at Harvard Law School:

Mark Hemingway reported:

Though both Barack and Michelle went to Harvard Law, they didn’t overlap — she got her degree in ‘88 and he graduated in ‘91. They actually met in Chicago when he was a summer associate at a law firm in Chicago.

Actually, Barack Obama landed this amazing summer job while in school at the Sidley Austin Law Firm where terrorist Bernadine Dohrn, the wife of terrorist Bill Ayers, just happened to be working. Bill Ayers’ father had pull at the firm.Barack met his future wife Michelle at that law firm.

YO!! Al YO!! Jessy Where are You Now?

This is clearly a "HATE" crime that would be all over the MSM if the races were reversed. I'd say this trumps the booffers that got kicked out of the pool ten fold, but have we seen this on the MSM like we have people being rejected from a PRIVATE club?

These people were attacked because they are white and for no other reason. If the numbers were even, those little cowards wouldn't have had the nads to try such a racial, hateful thing.

Akron police investigate teen mob attack on family

Akron police say they aren't ready to call it a hate crime or a gang initiation.
But to Marty Marshall, his wife and two kids, it seems pretty clear.
It came after a family night of celebrating America and freedom with a fireworks show at Firestone Stadium. Marshall, his family and two friends were gathered outside a friend's home in South Akron.

Out of nowhere, the six were attacked by dozens of teenage boys, who shouted ''This is our world'' and ''This is a black world'' as they confronted Marshall and his family.
The Marshalls, who are white, say the crowd of teens who attacked them and two friends June 27 on Girard Street numbered close to 50. The teens were all black.

''This was almost like being a terrorist act,'' Marshall said. ''And we allow this to go on in our neighborhoods?''

They said it started when one teen, without any words or warning, blindsided and assaulted Marshall's friend as he stood outside with the others.
When Marshall, 39, jumped in, he found himself being attacked by the growing group of teens.
His daughter, Rachel, 15, who weighs about 90 pounds, tried to come to his rescue. The teens pushed her to the ground.

His wife, Yvonne, pushed their son, Donald, 14, into bushes to keep him protected.
''My thing is,'' Marshall said, ''I didn't want this, but I was in fear for my wife, my kids and my friends. I felt I had to stay out there to protect them, because those guys were just jumping, swinging fists and everything.

''I'm lucky. They didn't break my ribs or bruise my ribs. I thank God, they concentrated on my thick head because I do have one. They were trying to take my head off my spine, basically.''
After several minutes of punches and kicks, the attack ended and the group ran off. The Marshalls' two adult male friends were not seriously hurt.

''I don't think I thought at that moment when I tried to jump in,'' Rachel Marshall said. ''But when I was laying on the ground, I was just scared.''

Marshall was the most seriously injured. He suffered a concussion and multiple bruises to his head and eye. He said he spent five nights in the critical care unit at Akron General Medical Center.

The construction worker said he now fears for his family's safety, and the thousands of dollars in medical bills he faces without insurance.

''I knew I was going to get beat, but not as bad as I did,'' Marshall said. ''But I did it to protect my family. I didn't have a choice. There was no need for this. We should be all getting along. But to me, it seems to be racist.''

Akron police are investigating. Right now, the case is not being classified as a racial hate crime. There were no other reports of victims assaulted by the group that night.

The department's gang unit is involved in the investigation, police said.

''We don't know if it's a known gang, or just a group of kids,'' police Lt. Rick Edwards said.

The Marshalls say they fear retaliation at home or when they go outside. They are considering arming themselves, but they're concerned about the possible problems that come with guns.
For now, they are hoping police can bring them suspects. They believe they can identify several of the attackers.

''This makes you think about your freedom,'' Marshall said. ''In all reality, where is your freedom when you have this going on?''

Obama birth mystery: More than 1 hospital

More than eight months after Barack Obama was elected president, the mystery surrounding his precise birthplace is deepening as the myth-busting website Snopes.com – along with several news agencies and an Obama community blog – directly contradict the president's own claim regarding the hospital in which he was born.

In an official letter signed by Obama on White House stationery, the president celebrates his birth at the Kapi'olani Medical Center for Women and Children in Honolulu, Hawaii. The facility has posted that letter on its website, along with video of the letter being read in public.

But according to Snopes, the popular online hoax-buster that many rely on as the final word on both important and frivolous stories, Obama was born at a different hospital in the Hawaiian capital.
Want to turn up the pressure to learn the facts? Get your signs and postcards asking for the president's birth certificate documentation here.In Snopes' entry concerning allegations that Obama is a "radical Muslim," the site addresses the birth history of the commander in chief, stating, "Barack Hussein Obama was born on 4 August 1961 at the Queen's Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaii." WND took a screen shot of the entry and highlighted the name of the hospital.

White House spells Obama's name wrong

Someone might want to look into whether an impostor took President Obama's place during his trip to Russia.

In a release touting an agreement between Obama and President Dmitry Medvedev over how to craft a follow-up to the START arms reduction treaty, the White House claimed the document had been signed by one "Barak Obama."

Ocean City; Jumper survives bridge suicide attempt

A 48-year-old homeless woman jumped off the Route 50 bridge late Wednesday in a failed suicide attempt, according to the Maryland State Police.

Police said the woman leapt from eastbound side of the Harry W. Kelly Bridge at around at 9 p.m. with the intent was to take her own life.

A Coast Guard vessel found her along the shoal about a half mile north of Hoopers Crab House. Conscious and alert, she was still able to swim toward Coast Guard personnel despite having sustained minor injuries, police said.

The Coast Guard brought the woman to their South Philadelphia Avenue station. From there, she was taken by resort EMS personnel to Peninsula Regional Medical Center in Salisbury for a medical and psychological evaluation.

The 15 foot-tall bridge connecting West Ocean City from downtown Ocean City straddles the waters of the Sinepuxent and Isle Of Wight bays, where the waters range in depth from 3-7 feet.

State troopers, the Natural Resources Police, Ocean City police officers and firefighters, sheriff’s deputies and state highway workers all took part in Tuesday night’s search.

Graves Dug Up to Resell Plots, Cops Say

Four cemetery workers have been charged with dismembering bodies after police found what they called "startling and revolting" conditions at a historic cemetery near Chicago.

Cook County Sheriff Tom Dart says workers at the Burr Oak Cemetery in Alsip allegedly dug up more than 100 graves, dumped the bodies into unmarked mass graves and resold the plots to unsuspecting members of the public.
The three men and one woman were charged Thursday with one count each of dismembering a human body.

The sheriff's investigation began six weeks ago when the cemetery's owner reported that an employee who began feeling guilty revealed what allegedly had been going on, possibly for as long as four years, Dart said.
"All of us who were working on this for the last week were pretty distraught," Dart said. "You start with the premise of your own loved ones and how they are cared for after they are buried, but there is also a true significance to this particular cemetery."

Chicago native Emmett Till, whose 1955 lynching at age 14 added impetus to the civil rights movement, is buried at Burr Oak. It's also the final resting place of singers Dinah Washington, Willie Dixon, and Otis Spann, as well as former world heavyweight boxing champion Ezzard Charles, Harlem Globetrotter Inman Jackson, and several Negro League baseball players.

"For many years, this was the only cemetery where African Americans could be buried," said Spencer Leak Sr., president of Leak and Sons Funeral Home, noting that Burr Oak once was owned by Ebony Magazine publisher John Johnson.

Chincoteague; More Dog Attacks

Recent dog attacks claimed serious attention of Chincoteague Town Council Monday.

Chincoteague Police Chief Eddie Lewis reported that 22 animal complaints were made in June. Another dog attack occurred, he said, adding this time it was on Ridge Road and the victim had to get 48 stitches.

Last month, Supervisor Wanda Thornton complained that a dog attacked her granddaughter. She recommended the town get a holding facility that would be used until county Animal Control workers could pick up the canines.

Councilman Terry Howard said in the more recent incident, the victim, a woman who was not identified, did not see a dog on a chain and apparently walked within the animal’s reach when she went visiting. Said Howard, “He got a hold of her. It was pretty bad.”

Lewis said the dog was picked up by Animal Control and a citation was issued to its owner.
Said Councilman Jim Frese, “We as a town have to do something about it.”

Town officials said it would be costly to hold animals over the weekend when county Animal Control is not working. Lewis said the town would need to hire someone to take care of them. The town Police Department doesn’t have the equipment, a vehicle or a proper cage, he added.

Councilman John Howard said, “Somewhere there has to be a law that Accomack has to help us. Why are we in Accomack County? We might as well be Chincoteague, period. …Send a letter to the Board of Supervisors.”

Mayor John H. Tarr asked Town Manager Robert Ritter to gather information (including costs and the state ordinance) and any recommendations for council to consider at its next meeting.

Remarked Councilman Terry Howard, “Better to act than react. It’s expensive but it’s worth it.”

Frank White Press Conference

Sources say Frank White held a press conference to basically say he would "sue" anyone that is accusing him of wrong doing.
It sounds like Frank is picking up bad habits (threatening to sue) and his game has come to an abrupt end thanks to the daily times.

The Daily Times on the Trail of Frank White

This is something the Pocomoke people have been talking about for years, Frank White got off way to easy for selling confiscated drugs and guns while he was the Pocomoke City Police Chief.
Hopefully due to the investigation of the Daily Times White may have to finally own up to his illegal life style.

Ex-police chief no stranger to controversy

PRINCESS ANNE -- In the end, Frank White was sentenced to six months in jail. Confronted nearly 15 years later about the 1995 criminal conviction, the former Pocomoke City police chief snaps, "I did my time."

And so he did, for Count 5 -- obstruction of justice in office. In a plea bargain, four counts of misconduct in a Worcester County grand jury indictment were not prosecuted.

Most recently, as the elected Princess Anne Town Commissioners president, White stepped in for four months as acting town manager. In the wake of his short stint that ended in June, White's use of a town credit card is under scrutiny, following a Freedom of Information filing by the Somerset Herald.

White has not been charged with any wrongdoing as acting Princess Anne town manager, but he is no stranger to controversy. In Pocomoke City in 1995, indictments against White as police chief ranged from the unlawful acceptance of money and property, to false imprisonment and unlawful release of citizens, to interfering with a citation issued by a Pocomoke City police officer to the son of an elected official.

White dismisses the accusations that forced his 1994 resignation as chief in the months leading up to the Worcester grand jury indictment, claiming he paid for alleged wrongdoings by another police officer, who at the time faced similar charges but whose criminal record was since expunged.

An Alford plea of guilty to the fifth of five counts against White was entered -- that he "interfered and attempted to interfere" with the issuance of a complaint citation involving Dewayne Ellsworth Cane, son of Pocomoke City Councilman Honiss Cane. All but 10 days of White's six-month sentence was suspended, and he was ordered to serve out the remainder of the time during five consecutive weekends beginning October 1995 in the Worcester County Detention Center. He also was ordered to a year of supervised probation.

"What happened was that (police officer) Oscar Townsend fixed (traffic) tickets for Honiss Cane's son," White said last week. "I've been accused of several things that were not true. What went on happened on my watch -- I got railroaded."

"I paid (for) that"
White spoke about the ordeal, recalling that, "I paid (for) that; I spent two weekends in jail."

Court records also show that in early 1996, Judge Richard D. Warren granted White permission to vacation for a week in Cancun during his one-year supervised probation.

As a member of the Pocomoke City Council and a Worcester Sheriff's deputy, White won the job of Pocomoke police chief when the position became available in 1988. He served six years. In that role, special county investigators raided the Pocomoke City Police Department and City Hall, confiscating from White's desk drawer "a clear evidence bag containing a controlled and dangerous substance" and handguns described by investigators as a .22, two .32s and a .357.

A grand jury learned that in 1992, a 16-year-old Andre William Allen was released by White, rather than processed at the police department as an adult offender for allegedly carrying a loaded handgun, as ordered by Deputy State's Attorney Jeffrey Cropper. "Instead, Allen was released by Chief of Police Paul Frank White without any further due process," according to a statement entered into court record.

The handgun, the statement reads, "cannot be located and is presumed to be stolen."

Five counts
Another indictment log entry alleges that White collected $450 in Worcester school board funding that was slated to pay off-duty police officers working Pocomoke High School basketball games in 1989. White, accompanied by Councilman Cane, visited Vice Principal Jim Covington at the school and explained that the money instead "had gone into a drug fund to buy drugs."

White then presented Covington $180, saying he "realized it did not look right for him to have taken the money," reads the report.

"The remaining balance of $270 has not been accounted for by Chief White," the court submission also states.

Complaints led to a 1995 indictment by a grand jury for these criminal counts against White:

Count 1 -- Unlawfully, willfully and corruptly demanded, accepted and received currency, property, goods and services between March 1993 and September 1994.

Count 2 -- Caused the false imprisonment of citizens between March 1993 and September 1994.

Count 3 -- Unlawfully, willfully and corruptly caused the release of citizens who had been arrested between March 1993 and September 1994.

Count 4 -- Interfered with the disposition of ... citations issued to Dewayne Ellsworth Cane between August 1994 and October 1994.

Count 5 -- Obstructed, impeded and endeavored to obstruct and impede the due administration of justice by interfering and attempting to interfere with the deposition ... of citations issued to Dewayne Ellsworth Cane.

EX Pocomoke Police Chief and Convict Frank White is at it Again

Or has it simply been this long that he's been caught 'again'?
The Daily times has done a great job on this one. I believe if they dig they will find hundreds of thousands dollars in Whites pockets.

From the Daily Times;

Town leader's expenses eyed
During Princess Anne manager shuffle, Frank White charged $8,500 in 3 months

PRINCESS ANNE -- The Princess Anne Town Commissioners president ran up more than $8,500 in charges on the town manager's credit card in less than three months, including $1,462 spent on meals at area restaurants, according to records obtained by the Somerset Herald.

Frank White, who began using former town manager Jay Parker's MasterCard on Feb. 11 -- the day Parker resigned his post -- had the account placed in his name two weeks later and continues to make purchases on it, although he stopped being acting town manager in June.

Following a Maryland Public Information Act request, the newspaper was provided copies of credit card bills from January through April for White and town department managers.

During the same time period, credit card charges made by Police Chief Scott Keller and Public Works Director Tracey Grangier showed charges for items that appeared to be work-related, including office supplies, gasoline and postage. Keller also charged expenses for the Maryland Municipal League's police chief conference, as well as a fingerprinting service.

But White's bill over a two-and-a-half-month period from Feb. 11-April 22 shows a trip to Carlisle, Pa., to attend Keller's father's funeral, as well as items for the town office's new employee lunch room purchased from Lowe's, Home Depot and Bed Bath & Beyond.

During the same time period, there also were charges for 35 restaurant meals, which White said were "all business."

White said the meals included meetings with officials from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, two developers and a business owner considering a move to Princess Anne.

"We were trying to straighten out a big mess after Jay (Parker) left," White said. "We worked all day and we worked after hours."

Outback restaurant charges
Although White insists the meals were all legitimate town business, several town residents have reported seeing White alone at Outback Steakhouse in Salisbury.

One woman, who works in Salisbury and who asked not to be identified, said she and her co-workers frequently go to Outback's happy hour, and that White was seen sitting alone at the bar several times.

Additionally, a town vehicle -- which White has been known to use -- was parked outside the restaurant, she said.

White's credit card bill shows 14 charges at Outback, including several that are small enough to suggest he was there alone. Only five of the charges on his town credit card are more than $25.

Other charges at Outback are larger, including one bill for $235 on March 16, according to town records.

In addition to Outback, there are charges at numerous other restaurants, including Oasis on the UMES campus, Peaky's and Pizza Hut in Princess Anne, Applebee's, Texas Roadhouse in Fruitland, Chili's in Salisbury, and Dunkin Donuts and Liquid Assets in Ocean City.

When asked if he thought the charges were excessive, White again stressed that he was only conducting town business.

"I won three elections by a landslide, and I'm tired of people picking on me," he said. "I've been working my behind off."

White, 52, was first elected in 2000 and re-elected in 2004 and 2008. He formerly worked as a jeweler at a business in town owned by his estranged wife, Melissa. Since the two separated at the beginning of the year, White has listed a town house at Queen's Grant as his official address.

Limited oversight
Town officials who use credit cards are not required to fill out expense reports for meals and travel, according to Brenda Benton, the town's finance director who also serves as interim town manager.

White and others turn in copies of their receipts, which sometimes include the names of who was at a lunch or dinner jotted down on the back.

"Lots of times it will be written on there, but not every time," she said.

The town's auditor has never recommended a change in tracking expenses, Benton said.

The most recent town audit was conducted before White started using the credit card account.

On the county level, Somerset's County Commissioners and other elected county officials do not have county-issued cards. Only certain people, such as department heads and a few others, use them.

All county employees and elected officials are required to pay for their own meals and travel out of pocket, then submit an expense reimbursement form. Any sort of work-related meal, travel or entertainment needs to be documented as to who, what, where, when and why, said Gene Adkins, Somerset County's finance director.

In January, the county actually prohibited food and beverage charges on county-issued credit cards, Adkins said.

"There really weren't any problems," he said. "It's just a better way to control it."

Barack HUSSEIN Obama’s Top 10 Apology List:

1. Apology to Europe: Speech in Strasbourg, France, April 3. “In America, there’s a failure to appreciate Europe‘s leading role in the world. Instead of celebrating your dynamic union and seeking to partner with you to meet common challenges, there have been times where America has shown arrogance and been dismissive, even derisive.”

2. Apology to the Muslim world: Interview with Al Arabiya, January 27. “My job to the Muslim world is to communicate that the Americans are not your enemy. We sometimes make mistakes. We have not been perfect.”

3. Apology to the Summit of the Americas: Address to the Summit of the Americas, Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago, April 17. “While the United States has done much to promote peace and prosperity in the hemisphere, we have at times been disengaged, and at times we sought to dictate our terms.”

4. Apology at the G-20 Summit of World Leaders: News conference in London, April 2. “I just think in a world that is as complex as it is, that it is very important for us to be able to forge partnerships as opposed to simply dictating solutions.”

5. Apology for the War on Terror: Speech in Washington, D.C., May 21. “Unfortunately, faced with an uncertain threat, our government made a series of hasty decisions. I believe that many of these decisions were motivated by a sincere desire to protect the American people. But I also believe that all too often our government made decisions based on fear rather than foresight, that all too often our government trimmed facts and evidence to fit ideological predispositions.”

6. Apology for Guantanamo in France: Speech in Strasbourg, France, April 3. “In dealing with terrorism, we can’t lose sight of our values and who we are. That’s why I closed Guantanamo. That’s why I made very clear that we will not engage in certain interrogation practices. I don’t believe that there is a contradiction between our security and our values. And when you start sacrificing your values, when you lose yourself, then over the long term that will make you less secure.”

7. Apology for America before the Turkish Parliament: Speech to the Turkish Parliament, Ankara, Turkey, April “The United States is still working through some of our own darker periods in our history. Facing the Washington Monument that I spoke of is a memorial of Abraham Lincoln, the man who freed those who were enslaved even after Washington led our Revolution. Our country still struggles with the legacies of slavery and segregation, the past treatment of Native Americans.”

8. Apology for U.S. Policy toward the Americas: Editorial “Choosing a Better Future in the Americas,” April 16. “Too often, the United States has not pursued and sustained engagement with our neighbors. We have been too easily distracted by other priorities, and have failed to see that our own progress is tied directly to progress throughout the Americas.”

9. Apology for the Mistakes of the CIA: Remarks to CIA employees at Langley, Va., April 29. “Don’t be discouraged that we have to acknowledge potentially we’ve made some mistakes.”

10. Apology for Guantanamo: Speech in Washington, D.C., May 21. “There is also no question that Guantanamo set back the moral authority that is America’s strongest currency in the world.”

Delaware; Man 'driving commando' pulled over for speeding

RISING SUN, Md. -A Delaware man faces drunken driving charges after he was pulled over for speeding in northeastern Maryland and a sheriff's deputy noticed he wasn't wearing any pants.

A spokesman for the Cecil County Sheriff's Office says 41-year-old Jonathan Schultz "was driving commando."

The spokesman, Lt. Bernard Chiminto, said Schultz was stopped Saturday near Rising Sun for going 69 mph in a 50-mph zone.

The deputy smelled alcohol and noticed that Schultz was partially covered by a towel from the waist down. The Newark, Del., resident told the deputy he'd lost his pants, but the deputy didn't find any pants in the car.

Online court records did not indicate that Schultz had an attorney, and an attempt to reach him at a relative's home was unsuccessful.

Md. woman arrested twice in 5 hours for DUI

OCEAN CITY, Md. -Police arrested a Woodbine, Md. woman twice in five hours on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol.

Police said a 20-year-old woman was swerving across lane markers and failed to stop at a stop sign about 2:15 a.m. Friday. When officers stopped her, police said she was driving under the influence of alcohol.

She was released on DUI and motor vehicle charges and almost five hours later, police saw her driving again.

Maryland law prohibits anyone from driving within 12 hours of a DUI arrest. Police stopped her again and charged her with DUI and other offenses. She was held on $25,000 bond.

State to Pay for Lawmaker's Bad Driving

The cash-strapped state of California will shell out $335,000 to settle a lawsuit filed over a former lawmaker's crazy driving, the San Francisco Chronicle reported Tuesday.
Carole Migden, then a state senator from San Francisco, rear-ended another motorist following a wild drive on May 18, 2007, the newspaper said.

The Chronicle said several people called 911 to report Migden's erratic driving as she weaved in and out of traffic in her state-issued vehicle. One caller reported the driver was "on the phone and reading a book, doing about 80 miles an hour."
Migden's 30-mile spree ended when her vehicle slammed into a 2005 Honda sedan driven by Ellen Butawan, who was slowing for a red light, the Chronicle said, quoting the California Highway Patrol.

Butawan, who suffered minor injuries, sued the state and Migden in Solano County Superior Court. The state defended Migden because the accident occurred while she was acting within the scope of her state employment, said Steven Gercer, supervising deputy attorney general.

He told the Chronicle the state had agreed to pay $335,000 to settle the suit.
California lawmakers are currently struggling to close a $26.3 billion deficit.
Migden said at the time that she remembered little of the drive and suggested that medication she was taking for treatment of leukemia may have been to blame. She pleaded no contest to reckless driving and was fined $710. Her license was suspended for several months.

Fatal Accident at Rt 113 and Rt 12 (again)

I don't want to put any names out until I know for sure, but I was shocked to hear who it was.

UPDATE: confirmed, it was local business owner Buddy Galocovitch, owner of Buddy's electronics was killed this morning on Rt 113.

Michael Jackson will be buried this week– without his brain

As his family tries to finalise details for the King of Pop’s funeral on Tuesday they have been told it will be held back for tests.

They faced the grim choice of waiting up to three weeks for Jackson’s brain to be returned to them or go ahead and bury him without it – which they have decided to do.

Los Angeles Coroner’s spokesman Craig Harvey confirmed that neuropathology tests will be carried out to see if it holds any clues to the exact cause of his death.

But the examination cannot begin until at least two weeks after the death when the brain has hardened sufficiently to slice it open.

Jackson died from a cardiac arrest at his Beverly Hills mansion on June 25 after a suspected overdose of painkillers.

Sources at the coroner’s office revealed that his brain was removed before his body was released to relatives the next day.

A forensic neuropathologist will test Jackson’s brain for, among other things, past drug use and whether he has suffered overdoses in the past.

The brain can also show any past abuse of alcohol or if the deceased had suffered from any one of a number of diseases. The source said that removing the brain is the “only way to carry out the tests”.

“The tissue has to be examined,” he said. “I can’t tell you how long that is going to take.”

One expert explained that the Jackson family could decide to wait and bury the brain with the rest of the body. But it is far more common for the lab to burn the remains once they’ve been examined or for them to be placed into the grave at a later date.

“It’s up to the family. They can bury him and then bury the brain later on,” said Dr Cyril Wecht, a former coroner and one of America’s foremost forensic pathologists.

But he added: “It’s rare for the body to be held back for two weeks or more.”

OPPRESSION HITS JULY 4TH PARADE"

OPPRESSION HITS JULY 4TH PARADE"The theme of the Bel Air Independence Day Parade was supposed to be "American Patriots, Then and Now!" Wow, talk about hypocrisy!

Apparently, Michael Blum, Chairman, and other members of the Parade Committee, don't have a clue as to what "patriotism" is really all about. Liberty and the Constitutional guarantee of free speech are the foundations of good old U.S.A. patriotism.

Chairman Blum and his gang confronted at least three participants in the parade and seized, on one occasion, Delegate Rick Impallaria's private signs.

Blum and company actually yanked these signs from the hands of the children who were carrying them, including a couple of eight year olds.

The reaction from the crowd watching the parade was vitriolic, including shouts of "Sign Nazis or Communists" referring to the sign police.

Although those sentiments may be a bit extreme, the crowd was obviously annoyed by Mr. Blum's antics. The messages that were proclaimed on Delegate Impallaria's signs were the following: "Support the Constitution," "Support the Tea Parties," and "Cut Taxes." Remember, the theme of the parade was "American Patriots, Then and Now.

"Ironically, on the same day as the parade, more than 500 citizens showed up that morning at a Tea Party in downtown Bel Air. I am sure Chairman Blum was not in attendance at the tea party.

Delegate Impallaria was not the only elected official that Blum and his hit squad harassed during the parade. Prior to the Impallaria incident, Mr. Blum attempted to intimidate me and demanded that I remove my "Speak English" slogan, which was part of my Delegate Pat McDonough signs.

I told Mr. Blum that the Constitution was more important to me than his opinion. The signs remained with me throughout the course of the parade, igniting loud cheers and a lively response from the patriotic crowd.

I reminded Mr. Blum that my signs had appeared in five previous Bel Air parades without receiving any intimidation from him or anyone else. Moreover, it is important to note that all of the other July 4th parades included signs and slogans from everyone.

I had just departed from the Greater Kingsville Parade where not only were the signs welcomed, but the parade officials read them out loud as they passed by the reviewing stand. Apparently, parade officials all around the state support freedom of speech and expression.

Mr. Blum has decided to turn Bel Air into a "free speech dead zone."Citizen Blum proudly boasts on his personal website that he is a "yellow dog democrat.

" This type of individual, according to the popular definition, will blindly vote for anyone who is a democrat, even a "yellow dog." This kind of narrow thinking means Blum is a predictable advocate for President Obama's policies of more government, less liberty, and reckless spending.

The "yellow dog democrat" is probably deeply offended by the popular, growing TEA PARTY grassroots movement in Harford County. One could honestly ask the question, "Is Chairman Blum misusing his authority over the Bel Air parade to promote his own agenda and silence other opinions?"Obviously, some type of action must be initiated to prevent this type of ugly incident from occurring again.

A number of citizens have come together in order to review the options available, ranging from litigation to protest, and a replacement of Michael Blum with a fellow citizen who understands the true meaning of patriotism, free speech, and America's birthday on July 4th. The following are the important mailing addresses and e-mail addresses in Harford County, if you wish to comment on the article, "Oppression Hits July 4th Parade." Accomack Breaking & Enterings

An investigation by the Accomack County Sheriff’s Office has led to the arrest of three juveniles in connection with a series of breaking and enterings.

According to Sheriff Larry Giddens, the break-ins were reported during May and June and involved four residential b&e’s in the Melfa area.

Two 16-year-olds have been arrested and charged with four counts of breaking and entering and four counts of grand larceny, and a 15-year-old and a 14-year-old have been arrested and charged with one count of breaking and entering and grand larceny.

Giddens said the four juveniles were placed under house arrest and released to the custody of their parents pending trial. The investigation is continuing and further arrests are pending.

Woman allegedly pranks her grandma 45 times in day

CAMBRIDGE, Minn. -A 21-year-old woman faces felony charges after allegedly prank-calling her 69-year-old grandmother 45 times in one day, threatening to kill her. The woman faces five felony counts including harassment. A criminal complaint said she told police she was "bored" and "wanted to have some fun."
The woman and a 20-year-old friend, also facing charges, allegedly called the older woman on Feb. 5 and said "I'm gonna kill you," "You're going to die" and "I'm watching you."
Police officers answered some calls for the grandmother and heard a female caller make threats.
The criminal complaint said the suspect told investigators she wanted to scare her grandmother but didn't want her dead. She said she knew it was wrong but not illegal.

Politician Calls Jackson a 'Pedophile'

In an attempt to raise awareness about the unrecognized efforts of U.S. teachers, police officers, veterans and volunteers, New York congressman Peter King decided to rip Michael Jackson apart in his latest YouTube video. King takes a swift jab at society for putting Jackson on a pedestal, calling the singer a "low life" and "child molester."
"There is nothing good about this guy. He may have been a good singer and did some dancing, but the bottom line is would you let your child or grandchild be in the same room as Michael Jackson?" King said.

The Republican congressman believes that the media is to blame for the "day in and day out" coverage of Jackson's death and is "too politically correct."
"Let's knock out the psycho babble. He was a pervert. He was a pedophile... No one wants to stand up and say, 'We don't need Michael Jackson,'" King said.
Adding that there are Americans dying every day in Afghanistan, King says our society should be spending more time focusing on the true heroes and less on Jackson. "What are we glorifying him for? ...We shouldn't be glorying some pervert," he said.

Obama Apologizes for Our Declaration of Independence in 1776.

WASHINGTON (AP) - Just in time for the document’s 233rd anniversary, President Barack Obama has issued an executive order apologizing to Great Britain for America’s Declaration of Independence in 1776.

“It’s time to move away from the failed policies of the past,” said Obama during a Rose Garden press conference, “and the first step is apologizing for the original sin of this nation against the sensibilities of the international community.”

“The Declaration of Independence from the wise and benevolent guiding hand of Great Britain was, in the eyes of some, an important step,” said Obama. “But the manner in which it was handled was an affront to acceptable diplomatic norms. This crude and disparaging document heaped numerous, undeserved insults on the divine ruler of our compassionate and nurturing motherland. It used such crass and dispicable terms as ‘tyrant’ and ‘despot’ to describe the gracious tolerance of King George the Third to the aspersions and indignities heaped upon him by a cabal of ungrateful rebels.”

“Therefore,” declared Obama, “we, the people of the United States of America, do formally apologize and ask for the forgiveness of the descendants and heirs of Great Britain’s people and monarchy.”

Reaction to the apology was mixed.

Vice President Joe Biden said the apology was “a good start,” but noted that if we really wanted to make amends for 233 years of disloyalty, America would have to “show our sincerity with deeds, not words”.

“If we really want to make up with Great Britain,” said Biden, “we need to become more like them. We should adopt their health care system. And their ban on guns. And their ban on knives. Man, I hate knives… I cut myself on one last time I was in my secret undisclosed location under the old U.S. Naval Observatory… hey, this is off the record, right?”

Queen Elizabeth the Second said that she would “consider” accepting the apology if Obama would “take back this stupid iPod and send me a Kindle 2.”

Obama, answer this question

Obama answer one simple question:

What passport did he use when he was shuttling between New York , Jakarta , and Karachi ?

So how did a young man who arrived in New York in early June 1981, without the price of a hotel room in his pocket, suddenly come up with the price of a round-the-world trip just a month later?

And once he was on a plane, shuttling between New York , Jakarta , and Karachi , what passport was he offering when he passed through Customs and Immigration?

The American people not only deserve to have answers to these questions, they must have answers.

It makes the debate over Obama’s citizenship a rather short and simple one.

Q: Did he travel to Pakistan in 1981, at age 20?

A : Yes, by his own admission.

Q: What passport did he travel under?

A: There are only three possibilities.
1) He traveled with a U.S. Passport,
2) He traveled with a British passport, or
3) He traveled with an Indonesia passport.

Q: Is it possible that Obama traveled with a U.S. Passport in 1981?

A: No. It is not possible. Pakistan was on the U.S. State Department’s “no travel” list in 1981.

Conclusion:
When Obama went to Pakistan in 1981 he was traveling either with a British passport or an Indonesian passport.

If he were traveling with a British passport that would provide proof that he was born in Kenya on August 4, 1961, not in Hawaii as he claims. And if he were traveling with an Indonesian passport that would tend to prove that he relinquished whatever previous citizenship he held, British or American, prior to being adopted by his Indonesian stepfather in 1967.

Whatever the truth of the matter, the American people need to know how he managed to become a “natural born” American citizen between 1981 and 2008..

Given the destructive nature of his plans for America, as illustrated by his speech before Congress and the disastrous spending plan he has presented to Congress, the sooner we learn the truth of all this, the better.

Lonely Man Steals Lawn Statues to Talk To
A Japanese man is accused of stealing lawn ornaments to keep him company since both his father and brother died, according to Weird Asia News.

Osamu Kimura, 52, was caught holding a ceramic frog in the front yard of a homeowner, who called police, Weird Asia News reported. Former Family Speaks On Daughter's Alleged Crime

I really don't know what to say about this, so I'm just going to copy the article from the WMDT website

A mother of five is facing several charges after police say she abandoned her newborn in a portable toilet. The suspect's former inlaws, say her actions are a result of a woman struggling with mental illness for many years.

Candy married into the Vigneri family 25 years ago. Her former father in-law Pete says she was beautiful and full of life, but after giving birth to her second child she began to struggle with depression and schizophrenia. Pete says as the years progressed she became worse. "Our biggest fear was that the family one day would get a call and say we found Candy dead." said Pete Vigneri.

That wasn't the news the Vigneri family received on Monday morning. Instead they found out that Candy Vigneri, was arrested for child abuse and reckless endangerment when she gave birth to a baby girl in a portable toilet. "She had blood over her from what people tell us. She just walked over had blood all over her and she said give me a cigarette. Then someone was going over to use the porta-potty and she said no you can't use that, there's a baby in there and they went and looked and there it was and she just walked away," said Pete Vigneri.

Those who knew Candy say they weren't surprised to hear she left her newborn in the portable toilet, and now they say they're hoping she'll get the help she needs. "It's sad. She's a danger to herself and she may be a danger to other people, I mean she's already endangered a child. Had nobody been there, had this been at midnight and she went to the bathroom there that child would be dead," said Pete Vigneri, fighting back tears.

Both Candy and the infant were transported to Easton Memorial Hospital for treatment. The baby is stable and has been released to social services.

Woman Stashes Squirrel in Cleavage

Police interviewing an Ohio woman about a murder case get quite the surprise when a squirrel suddenly pops out of her tank top. The woman pushes the animal back into her top and continues with the interview.

Embedded video from CNN Video

At one point in the interview, the woman, wearing a skimpy tank top, leaned over and out of her bosom crept a baby squirrel that was nestled in the woman's cleavage. The woman, seemingly unphased, gently put the small creature back inside her shirt and continued talking to the detective.

The shocked detective said that he was at a loss for words. "The squirrel seemed quite happy," Mackey said.

It is not clear if the squirrel is the woman's pet or even why she decided to bring with her for the interview.

The two are not expected to be called to testify during the trial.
