I immediately recognized her name as one of the few who comment using a name instead of Anon on local blogs.

Tonya Bundick said this-"So arson nets a higher reward than murder...what is this world coming to...."

This was a post devoted to the murder at UMES.

I guess the wedding's off. Tonya Bundick and a Charles Applegate have a wedding registry set up at Walmart and are supposed to get married on May 25, 2013.
It will be interesting to see if Applegate was the other person in the vehicle when it was pulled over.

Police will be giving more information later this afternoon.

As seen on facebook Charles Applegate is the other person being detained and questioned.

If these 2 are responsible for the string of arsons, I wonder how long it will be before we start hearing about how she was a poor abused woman and how she was under his control and afraid of him excuse so that's why she did it? You know that's coming. It always does.

Isn't Charles Applegate an officer in the Tasley Fire Company?

Your friend,

From WVEC out of Norfolk-

"13News has learned that she's engaged to Charlie Applegate of the Tasley Fire Department.

"I would never think anything bad of her or him. They didn't seem like those kind of people. One of my friends sent me a text this morning and told me. I said 'no way,'" said a friend, Liz Fentress."

and this-

"We’ve worked hand in hand with State Police and I think we’re finally going to bring this to closure," said Accomack Co. Sheriff Todd Godwin. "We’re still following up on some leads, and we should know something (about other arsons) later today, probably."

"finally going to bring this to closure?" Sure sounds like Sheriff Godwin thinks they've got the serial arsonists.

I'm sure Sheriff Godwin will be glad when this is over. Everyone will!

Once the lawyers hit the scene for these people the activities will get interesting again. I wonder how many charges they will have against them after they've been combined and dropped.... Saying this woman and/or another are responsible for all 77 arsons is not the same as getting them convicted for all of them. That won't happen. Never does.
