Northampton County Sheriff's Report

Sheriff David Doughty reports the following arrests for April 2012:


On April 14, 2012, Terry Wyatt, age 62, of Cape Charles, was arrested for the felony charge of break & enter and grand larceny. The incident occurred on April 14, 2012. He is being held in Eastern Shore Regional Jail.

Also arrested in the same incident, Tommy Wyatt, age 60, of Cape Charles. He was charged the same two felonies. He was released on bond.

The third person arrested in this incident, Andres Rodriguez, age 30, of Melfa. He is being held in Eastern Shore Regional Jail with bond denied.


Terry Wyatt was also arrested on 04/28/12 for grand larceny in another incident which happened on April 28, 2012. He is now being held with bond denied.


On April 27, 2012, Calvin Nock, age 34, of Painter, was arrested for robbery. The incident happened on April 25, 2012. He is being held with bond denied in Eastern Shore Regional Jail.
